We are the Las Vegas TurnKey Rentals team, Est. 2012. We’re a boutique, family owned and operated, real estate brokerage. We strictly handle only property management services and do not handle any sales out of our office. We are well known for our specialty of Short Term Fully Furnished Housing for corporate, insurance, relocation, and seasonal needs for terms of one month or longer.

The foundation of our company was over 30 years ago through Michele Pombo, who pioneered the market of vacation housing in Las Vegas, well before any online platforms existed. As time and regulations developed, we transitioned our portfolio of Owners and their properties to monthly leasing, where permissible.
